Coll Place is an 18-storey tower block located in the estate of Germiston in northeast Glasgow. The building was constructed in 1967 and is of a precast sheer wall construction on top of a reinforced concrete podium.
There are 102 flats in the building and these have been home to hundreds of families over the years.
The Demolition of 15 Coll Place is preceded by the demolition of 15 Forge Place carried out by Safedem on 18th May 2008, and Coll Street carried out in 1985 by Burnfield Demolition.
